Kosciusko REMC is seeking a full-time Marketing & Communications Specialist.  The ideal candidate is skilled in graphic design, website management, social media management, smartphone photography, event planning, and public relations.  We want a motivated, dependable team player who has a positive attitude and above average skills in all forms of communication.  You must be a self-starter and able to work independently.

PREFERENCES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with experience involving hands-on communications work and digital marketing can be an excellent fit.
• The ability to accurately assess the organization’s communications needs and effectively relay information in a positive, clear, and concise manner.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and complete work with accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn Adobe’s Creative Suite.
• Exhibit high learning agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
• You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
