Enough about us, what about the actual day-to-day? The property maintenance portion of the job means that you will be the go-to for projects of all kinds around the cooperative, keeping your workday exciting and ever-evolving. Everything from enjoying the sunshine while working outside to helping build new office configurations inside. The other half of the job is Inventory Assistant. Here you help maintain appropriate inventory levels, economic order points, quantities, and the flow of materials. All this work is critical and directly supports the NREMC operations department who serves portions of six counties in Northern Indiana.
Experience and Special Qualifications
Your job will include various physical demands, including but not limited to: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, reaching, standing, lifting, some repetitive motions, and visual acuity.

Primarily you will be working inside the warehouse, but sometimes outside and maintaining the grounds and moving around larger electrical equipment in the pole yard. Things do get noisy at times; other hazards include vibration, atmospheric conditions, and oils.
