This position exists to provide excellent member support by committing to provide value added services to both internal and external members through attitude, knowledge, technical support, and quality of service in a timely and professional manner. Responds to member inquiries. Provides for the collection of member accounts by receiving
and crediting payments.
This position requires organization and communication skills with the basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles being preferred. These requirements can be obtained through a college degree, special courses in the related field, or acceptable experience in these fields. An associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or Communications is desired.
Located in east central Indiana, Whitewater Valley REMC, has over 1,700 miles of line and over 12,000 services in a six-county area.
