Support members by telephone or in person to provide information and/or answer general member account questions.
Process member payments through cash register, drive-up window and night deposit. Mail is processed by MSRs occasionally.
Initiate & Close account transfers, reconnects, disconnects and new service orders.
Initiate service orders for tree work, security lights and other miscellaneous items.
Perform office support functions including, but not limited to, filing, organizing, and community room scheduling.
Complete gas applications, transfers, job sheets, obtain lease agreements and SPCs.
Responsible for selling broadband services to customers. Describes the features, benefits and value of broadband product offerings and services. Schedule customer installations.
Responsible for taking Tier 1 trouble ticket calls from customers and troubleshooting to identify appropriate resolution.
