Description

Oversee billing, cash receipts and adjustments for accuracy
Manage member service – phone and in-person
Manage the distributed generation (DG) program
Manage and support key accounts
Manage the energy assistance programs
Participate in rate cost of service (COSS) and tariff design
Oversee communication & marketing plan and projects
Minimize uncollectable revenue via managing execution of credit and collection procedures
Oversee activity within company software (NISC) for member data, services, and support
Manage marketing, sales and service of fiber
Manage propane subsidiary – service, sales, support, inventory, billing, and overall operation
Actively participate in the planning of the DCREMC annual meeting
Prepare and oversee department budgets
Participate in leadership team activities including strategic planning, encouraging employees to live the vision and mission of the cooperative and supporting decisions made by the CEO and board of directors
