Northeastern REMC is in search of an ambitious, innovative IT professional to serve in the role of IT Support Specialist to assist with current and future projects, managing the corporations’ exciting and ever-evolving IT needs.

advanced problem-solving capabilities. Strong customer service skills, effective prioritization and exceptional project and task execution are a must. Desire and capacity to learn new skill sets. A resourceful thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and flexible environment, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to technical queries and assisting staff and users throughout the entire organization. They will be tasked with developing integration to enhance the business workflow and researching and recommending innovative approaches to improve systems functions and performance.

Northeastern REMC, headquartered in Columbia City, Indiana, is a member-owned electric cooperative providing service to approximately 30,000 residential, commercial, and industrial accounts in portions of Allen, Huntington, Kosciusko, Noble, Wabash and Whitley counties in Northeastern Indiana. The cooperative manages over 2300 miles of line in its 600 square miles service area.
